Fees

Booking fee for all Ceremonies - $250
A non-refundable booking fee of $250 is payable within 7 days of booking to secure any ceremony date and time. The balance of your fee must be paid on the earlier of:

- 4 months after the contract is signed and returned to the Celebrant; or

- no later than 30 days prior to the date of the ceremony.
 

Bespoke Wedding Ceremonies - $900 

Included in the fee:

- Initial meeting to arrange Wedding details at my home office.

- Completion of ‘Notice of Intended Marriage’ form.

- Provision of Wedding Ceremony Information Guide to borrow.

- Provide unlimited telephone and email consultation.

- Drafting and finalising the wedding ceremony to your requirements.

- Preparation of the Marriage Certificates

- Provide a rehearsal at the wedding venue

- Solemnise the Marriage at the wedding venue 

- Provision of PA system and microphone if required 

- Following the ceremony, Register the marriage with Birth, Deaths and Marriages.

Elopements and Registry Office style weddings - $550

Available during my office hours or enquire for availability outside of office hours.

Included in the fee:

- Initial meeting to arrange Wedding details at my home office.

- Completion of ‘Notice of Intended Marriage’ form.

- Your choice of ceremony (inclusion of personal vows and readings).

- Preparation of the Marriage Certificates.

- Solemnise the Marriage at the wedding venue.

- Following the ceremony, register the marriage with Birth, Deaths and Marriages.

Legal only ceremony - $550

Legal only ceremonies can be held at my home office or for a fee, can be held within reasonable travelling distance (up to 35km) of my office. (See additional fees ‘Legals only’). You may have 2 extra guests in addition to your witnesses. All pre-ceremony paper work can be completed prior to our meeting in person, including the completion of the NOIM. Commitment and Vow Renewal - $700

Included in the fee: 

All the inclusions of the bespoke wedding package but without any of the legal requirements.
 

Baby Naming Ceremonies - $600
Included in the fee: 

- Initial meeting to arrange details at my home office or mutually suitable location.

- Provision of Information Guide to borrow.

- Provide unlimited telephone and email consultation.

- Drafting and finalising the ceremony to your requirements.

- Preparation of ‘decorative only’ Certificates. (Naming certificate for your child, Mentor/Guardian certificates)

- Conduct ceremony at the venue.

- Provision of PA system and microphone if required.

Birthday, Anniversaries and Graduations - $600

Included in the fee: 

- Initial meeting to arrange details at my home office or mutually suitable location.

- Provision of Information Guide to borrow.

- Provide unlimited telephone and email consultation.

- Drafting and finalising the ceremony to your requirements.

- Preparation of any ‘decorative only’ Certificates, if required. 

- Conduct ceremony at the venue.

- Provision of PA system and microphone if required.

 
Additional fees 

- Travel fees outside 35km from my Tingalpa office are $1.00 per km

- For Legals only ceremonies, travel fees are $1.00 per km, up to 35km.

- Parking fees (as apply) – at cost

- Rehearsal at venue within 35km of Tingalpa - $100 (included in the Bespoke Ceremony)

- Additional fees for the supply of additional accessories vary, please ask for pricing.

Refund policy

If the Couple cancel the ceremony and the written notification is received less than 6 months before the date of the ceremony, then the Couple will be liable to pay the Celebrant the full Fee.

If the Couple cancel the contract and the written notification is received more than 6 months before the date of the ceremony, then the Couple may be entitled to either a partial refund (an equal amount to 50% of the full Fee), or No Refund. Conditions apply.
