About Mark the celebrant

During a holiday fate introduced me to the person who would profoundly alter the course of my life. You might say it was love at first sight. As the sun kissed the horizon, I embarked on the most monumental adventure of my life, living on the Gold Coast, where each day was a delightful blend of sunshine, sea, and surf.

A few years down the line, I made the move to Brisbane. Drawing from my innate passion for romance and the invaluable experience of assisting friends in planning their weddings, I embarked on a new journey as an Authorised Marriage Celebrant. This decision was further solidified by the societal shifts surrounding marriage equality and the historic legal changes on December 9, 2017.

Since 2019, I've been committed to training aspiring celebrants, passing on the knowledge and love for creating meaningful ceremonies. Currently, I proudly serve as the Vice-president of the Alliance of Celebrants Queensland, where I continue to shape and uphold the standards of celebrancy in our wonderful community.
